You don’t need to worry about supplying cleaning products—our team comes fully equipped with all the necessary supplies tailored to your home or business. We bring everything required to deliver a thorough, high-quality clean, so you can sit back and relax without any extra hassle.

It’s never a problem if you need to cancel or reschedule, but we ask to make any schedule changes within 48 hours as a courtesy for our team. If we are notified less than 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged, and this is only to prevent lost wages for our cleaners. We obviously will understand any changes due to circumstances that were out of your control, and those will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you find any spots that we’ve overlooked and you’re not content, please notify us within 48 hours. We are more than happy to come out and re-clean within a 3 day window for free. We encourage our clients to let us know, because we prioritize your needs!

We love pets! Please let us know so we can prepare specific cleaning equipment to help manage pet hair during the cleaning. Also, we ask that your pets are safely secured while we clean. The responsibility to control pets is on the client, because Shoreline Cleaning Co. cannot be held responsible for the safety of animals.

Absolutely. Shoreline Cleaning Co. LLC is covered up to $1M per occurrence and $2M annual aggregate in General Liability.

Every quote has a lot of factors that are taken into high consideration. Pricing is based on square footage, cleaning needs, problem areas, or any add ons. After a quote has been agreed upon, we schedule a walkthrough to ensure your needs are being met, and to get a more in depth instruction from you on your home, rental, or business. If your cleaning needs change after a service, we’ll reassess the price at anytime.
